Electric Support Powers

I just wanted to pitch an idea for the Electricity Framework. I think it would be great to add a Support Passive similar to Hearth in the Fire Set. I also think it would be great to see a single target healing power like Warmth added as well. These additions are because i see awesome potential that this set has in a support based fashion and there is a great need for more support based power in the game. I would really love these powers to be added in a future update in the game and i think it would add more variety to the frameworks we love so much.
