Flow, a while back you posted an earth sentinel mastery build. Any needed changes to keep it current? This is the build you made that I found on an old post....

Earth tank that uses Sentinel Mastery:

PowerHouse (Link to this build)

Archetype: Freeform

Super Stats:
Level 6: Constitution (Primary)
Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
Level 15: Dexterity (Secondary)

Talents:
Level 1: The Glacier
Level 6: Covert Ops Training
Level 9: Healthy Mind
Level 12: Acrobat
Level 15: Coordinated
Level 18: Quick Recovery
Level 21: Negotiator

Powers:
Level 1: Wield Earth
Level 1: Stone Shot (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Defiance
Level 8: Quicksand (Rank 2, Rank 3, Challenging Strikes)
Level 11: Concentration
Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 20: Thunderclap (Rank 2, Collateral Damage, Challenging Strikes)
Level 23: Cave In (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 26: Stone Shroud (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Fissure (Rank 2, Reconstruct)
Level 32: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 35: Masterful Dodge
Level 38: Rebirth

Travel Powers:
Level 6:
Level 35:

Specializations:
Constitution: Unyielding (1/2)
Constitution: Fuel My Fire (3/3)
Constitution: Resilient (2/2)
Constitution: Adrenaline Rush (2/2)
Constitution: Armored (2/2)
Sentinel: Torment (2/2)
Sentinel: Sentinel Aura (3/3)
Sentinel: Moment of Need (2/3)

Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
Mastery: Sentinel Mastery (1/1)

Plays up close for TClap and Quicksand, but still can be a ranged tank, as Stone Shot's Stagger + Cave In can also stun for Sentinel Mastery. If ya wanted longer stun duration ya could sub Conc for Manip, though you'll lose a bit of dmg/threat. Compassion can instead be taken if you want less dmg but more healing (though this means changing Dex SS for Pres SS and focusing on Pres over Int).

When the Challenge adv revamp comes around, put the adv on one single-target power you'll use often and one AoE power you'll use often for AoE. Since they only will cost 1 pt ya can get those powers to r3 as well.

You can tell that's quite an old build by the Challenging Strikes advs. I guess you also copy & pasted my commentary on it w/o proper quoting, rofl.

Anyways, the main thing to change would be to rank up Defiance, if taking it (ofc, you could also use a different defensive passive, though you may have to re-order the powers a bit then). It's also not as important to have>1 AD now (and R1 MD doesn't get you past 100% dodge anymore anyways), unless you want to pick between Resurgence (being a strong heal/regen cd) and a mitigation cd. You could also incorporate Hurl (w/ advs), since it can now put up Demolish from any range, and be an easy MSA proc besides. You could also change up the other spec, depending on what else you want to shore up (Protector or Sentry for defensive play, Guardian or Warden for a mix of defense & dps, or keep Vind for more of a dps focus, etc). Here's an example revamp of it:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Tank)
    v3.43:35

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Constitution (Primary)
    Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
    Level 15: Dexterity (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Specialist (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Int: 8, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
    Level 9: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 15: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 18: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 21: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Wield Earth
Level 1: Stone Shot (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 6: Defiance (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Concentration
    Level 11: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 17: Quicksand (Rank 2, Challenge!)
Level 20: Hurl (Hard Fall, Didn't See That Coming, Challenge!)
Level 23: Cave In (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 29: Stone Shroud (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 32: Thunderclap (Collateral Damage)
    Level 35: Fissure (Reconstruct)
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Constitution: Unyielding (1/2)
    Constitution: Fuel My Fire (3/3)
    Constitution: Resilient (2/2)
    Constitution: Adrenaline Rush (2/2)
    Constitution: Armored (2/2)
    Sentinel: Torment (2/2)
    Sentinel: Sentinel Aura (3/3)
    Sentinel: Moment of Need (3/3)
    Sentinel: Wither (2/2)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (3/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (2/3)
    Mastery: Sentinel Mastery (1/1)

The open power slot can be for w/e ya want.

I put Challenge on Hurl cause it's easy to weave it in to your AoE and single-target rotations, but you could put it on something like Cave In or Stone Shot instead, if you want.

This version still gears mostly for Con, w/ some Int (for Conc and MSA) and maybe some Dex (for crits and Adren Rush).

Here's hoping that the eventual Earth revamp will include a Form that procs on applying Stagger. That'll match some of the other changes (e.g. Fiery Will, Sharp Shooter, Spellcaster) that make it easier to function as a ranged tank.

Yea, that would be nice. Hopefully something like that happens, but I guess we'll see 8)

I edited my first post to show that I quoted your original entire build post. Sorry I didn't credit you correctly on that first post (still not sure I did it right, but I tried! :) ). Thanks so much for the revision!
