Moonstruck not showing as unlocked

I unlocked Moonstruck over a year ago (and have it on a couple characters) but when I go to the scr/gcr vendor it does not show as unlocked.
Perseus, Captain Arcane, Tectonic Knight, Pankration, Siberiad, Sekhmet, Black Seraph, Clockwork
