    Not so much.

But, because this used to be Marvel Universe Online and Psylocke.

Because you need to have a huge ego to wear pink. If you're a straight guy at least.

Maybe it is simply brain is reddish grey when covered in blood. So of course pink fits.

The same conventions that depict poison as an acid green; magic spells in regal purples; gravity in indigo-blurple; electricity in yellow, cold in either white or blue and heat/fire in red/orange. Of course it’s nothing that’s set in stone: Hellion’s TK is green, Prof. X and Emma Frost’s telepathy is often a light blue, and in CO it’s (or it can be) whatever color you want.

It could also be argued that pink conveys a certain softness or finesse, usually associated with psychic powers, while slightly more towards magenta = “paranormal” or exotic in general, same-ish ballpark. Or simply bc the other colors were taken! :P

I asked this years ago, and people pointed out that mental powers in comic books have very often been depicted as pink.

The real answer is: because you didn't change the color from the default.

In the tabletop version of the game, powers that affect the mind are by default invisible. Very useful, but in a visual medium like this, not very practical.

Maybe after all the other powers took the good colors, pink was all that was left.

More like mentalist framework got to pick its color first, cause its best.

Pink used to be a truely many color in the past. Back when armies thought it was a good idea to wear colors that make them clearly visible to the enemy it was the color elite warriors were using. :p
