Fix Cape Glide

The ugly black cape that pops up when activated is too limiting. Just lose that so people with wings, for example, could use the power.

    Don't we allready have Wing Glide?
    ...Like every Flight with wings, since CO's wings don't flap while on flight.

    If you don't want to be limiting, maybe 'Make new Flight Power, Wing Glige'.

    You can get glide without a cape appearing if you know a trick

    It might need to be a new power, which is fine. It would be nice for things like Steelhawk Wings, or introducing things such as wrist capes, a la Storm.
