Constant Disconnects

I am trying to complete the event but I have been disconnecting a minute after I log in. I have logged in at least four times before I realized I wasn't getting anywhere. I mentioned something in MC ZC about it and got a rather rude response along with some name-calling. Any help would be appreciated. I have Windows 10 64-bit and eSet Security Suite.
