Tailor failing to load

Had this happen a few times more recently where the tailoring ui elements completely fail to load only showing the character preview area. It forces exiting out with esc sop it will load again. It's an even bigger problem when it happens when creating a character as it forces closing the game client itself since nothing else seems to allow backing out.
Shown below is an example of this problem. (Assuming it loads given the size)
