Gender change token

Hello, I have been discussing something on the Discord channel and at the behest of other members there I am posting the topic here on the forum. I would like to know if it would be possible to implement an ability to change the gender of a character similar to a Retcon token; your character would revert to the default costume model and you could load a saved costume or create a new one, just as the opposite gender.

(Also wanting someone from the dev team to respond to this so that we know for sure if it is possible or not)

There is an option to view your character as female in tailor

I feel like it might be possible, but knowing how things work (or fail to work) in this game, I can imagine it being difficult to implement. Not that I know anything of course! I just feel like if we could have gotten that feature by now, we would have. But yes, I would really like some confirmation on it.
