I'm looking for a Paragon Protector Build

I was thinking of going with Fighting Claws Build. The Paragon Protectors are from City of Heroes.

I'm not familiar w/ the reference, but here's a basic FC dps build that you can work with:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.42:34

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Master (Str: 8, Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
    Level 9: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 15: Martial Focus (Str: 5, Dex: 5)
    Level 18: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
Level 21: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Hawk's Talons
    Level 1: Viper's Fangs (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Way of the Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Form of the Tempest
    Level 11: Steadfast
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Inexorable Tides (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 20: Dragon's Claws (Rank 2, Dragon Rush)
    Level 23: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 26: Thunderbolt Lunge (Nailed to the Ground)
    Level 29: Parry (Rank 2)
    Level 32:
    Level 35:
Level 38: Bladed Fury (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Adv. Points: 31/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

The open power slots can be used for w/e ya want. Also, if you don't have the Ultimate unlocked then you can just replace it w/ something else.

VFangs can be used as a basic melee attack w/ a cleave component, and can put up Shredded, while Inex Tides can help you AoE and add some CC to the mix. Charged DC is your main single-target attack here, while using VFangs to apply/refresh Shredded. You can also charge DC to get extra energy via Rush. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Str (or Rec).

I'm a fan of Dragon Kick w/rush for one of the empty slots. Nice little AoE stun. Frees up points for R3 for DC so more damage.

Yea, I dunno if it would fit the theme/look enough, but DK w/ Rush is good to add if so. It could also just replace Inex Tides here.
