I've been looking for a quantitative summary of how stealth works, with regard to Perception debuffs, Stealth sight, etc. Unfortunately in vain. Simple statements like "use X Perception mods and Y Int to see through teleport" are easy enough to find but not the specifics on the math.
Does anyone have a good and up-to-date resource they could point me towards, assuming it exists?

On a personal note, I don't know how much Int is needed. Nor how much +Perception is needed. As I'm a LTS player from Open Beta, most of my characters carry around an old +100% Perception secondary utility that always sees through Perception debuffs. Or, at least used to prior to recent Dev changes. I haven't tested this recently. Of course, I don't PvP in Champs since the first year.

Is it just base Perception range - minus Stealth range equal to range where you can see something? Is the debuff another term that is just subtracted? How is Stealth Sight factored in?
I'm also a LTS that's been around from shortly before launch. I've some vague recollections of a forum discussion that went into a bit of detail but I can't seem to find it now. And odds are it's outdated anyway.
