You could always go with Roentgen - pretty sure that one's not trademarked.

That is definitely obscure for a censored term. Just pointing the out the silliness that Cyclops and Thor are protected by fair use, but X-Ray is not... *shrug*

There are plenty of public domain characters that are still blocked in CO.
As long as they do not make their look or bio identical, they can get by with naming them X.Ray or any way that would bypass the censorship.
