Moonstruck Not Showing Up in Vendor as Unlocked

I am right now at the Champions Recognition Vendor with a character who has Moonstruck as of his powers, but the Vendor does not say "You've already purchased Moonstruck!" when I look at the power. It's been slotted for months now and I unlocked the power more than a year ago.
