All Ultimates got the same cooldown, so Meteor Blaze need buff.

Reasoning: Meteor Blaze having the shorter of the two Ultimate cooldowns was one of the benefits that it had over other Ultimates, specifically the ranged ones. Now all the other ranged ones have that benefit as well, without any reduction in their potency otherwise. This means that, relative to before, Meteor Blaze looks a bit weaker.

My preferred change, which would tie it nicely back into the Fire set, is to have Meteor Blaze drop its own, unique Pyre Patch ( Perhaps called Blazing Pyre Patch ) that applies a 1 second debuff on targets every second that increases the damage of all Burning effects by a significant amount. This effect should stack with Unstable Accelerant, and the patch should be able to exist side-by-side with normal Pyre Patches.

It doesn't need a huge buff, just something to address the fact that, as it stands, the only advantage that Meteor Blaze has now that sets it apart from other Ultimates is that it does Fire damage, which works with Fire's Passive. There are many other Ultimates that share its other advantages, such as hitting 10 targets and doing a large burst of damage. Also the fact that, other than damage type, it doesn't have anything that gives it synergy with its own set; it doesn't even apply CF reliably, and the way it applies it comes from something that the set already has in surplus. Heck, I think I'd even be satisfied if all you did was give Meteor Blaze a 100% chance to apply CF to all targets hit.

    • Adjust Cost for Better Damage and more radius range
    • Upgrade the ft sphere AOE to be at least 20 ft (the 50 ft range can stay since Fire is 50 feet range powerframe)
    • Give it Overpowered Debuff
    • Replace the Fire Patch with a Fissure or the Fire Crate (simlar Qwyjibo repel on players) stackable with your own Fire Patch, and give it something Unique to do beyond Damage over Time
As it is right now, the Fire Patch Canibalize and Sabotage it's own powerframe while providing mediocre damage, range and utility

Actually the easiest to deal with the Fire patch disaster is just give it a lava crate like the ones Qwyjibo use
Give it a Damage over time and a Unique for the Fire-effect and BAM

That was it won't get eaten by your regular fire patch power(s) too
