Minds Sprites Only Attack The Mind

Mind Sprites no longer flow to the targets, they simply stop at the hit box of the player then remain where the player last stood and swirl around.

Mind Sprites was changed a while ago from a 50' ranged AoE attack to a Point blank area of effect. Testing rank 2 with the Slave Mentality advantage seems to hit targets within the 25' sphere properly. If no targets are in range of the PBAoE the swirl effect does seem to sit on the player. It looks like it's just a part of the visuals, whether intended or not (a bug) but the power seems to be working properly with it's current mechanics.
