In Game Lag

I'm really not sure if this count's as a technical issue. But; I'm seriously having issue's of in game lag. It's
directly to the point where I'm dying. Is there a way to knock down some of the lag. Maybe something in
the option's? It's really starting to annoy me. And this has been going on for quite some time now. Like a
few day's or so now.
