L1L-D0GG13's attacks not only apply Charged Up Buff to allies via it's HOWL, but occasionaly it will infect friendly targets with Negative Ions too with Sparkstorm
Granded, Negative Ions is not a dangerous BUFF because it requires powers that consume it to be Utilitize
It's Free electric Aura
Negative Ions can be Rare to Common from my experience soloing content with this sidekick,
On a related subject with this sidekick, L1L-D0GG13 will start using Sparkstorm from 50 feet as soon as it enters Combat mode, without Lunging to the enemy, wasting it's power without hitting anyone
The AI is prioritize the Sparkstorm over the Lunge, causing a ineffective combo and waste of power
