Death rattle Ladyhawk bugged

In part 4 where i have to kill Hydro she just lays on the floor with full health. And how do i even kill Hydro? He seems way over the top powerful and blocking does nothing with him. I have died 6 times in a row. I like the new content but i'm sick of all over top powers these mobs have.
