"Stay Out of the Lava" perk does't work

We played UTC - Fire Temple with team and spent alot of time in lava. According my healig count i personally recieved about 2 million of fire damage, done by lava.

So is this perk bugged? And nobody from team could see a progress with this perk in perks menu as well.
