I rather suggest that Final Punch doesn't use up all of the form stacks and go with the middle ground with half or no removal stacks with decreased damage. The demerit in using that power is very discouraging for anyone wanting a punch like ultimate for their strength based characters. I know you have your reasons but I just feel like there may be some folk that would rather have more options when it comes to powers for their strong/power like characters.

But I am willing to discuss on it.
