NARCOLA - Gadgeteer Powerframe because what else would this fit in?
Maintain self healing power, works like Warmth! Fully Maintaining this power rewards you with a small Energy-over-time buff (scales with REC and END)
Using the a mix of Drink emote, [Frosty Beverage] device, and a different epic standing pose to make this mundane action over the top!

• TAKE A SIP BABE - 2points ADV Increase the healing effect on TAP
• SUGAR RUSH- 2points ADV Maintaining this power gives you stacks of Charged up, fully maintaining gives you 3 stacks,
• CRACK OPEN A COLD ONE- 2points ADV NARCOLA Somehow becomes Ally-healing AOE power now and no longers heals the user! The allies also gain the Energy over Time reward buff from fully charging it

This reminds me of the time me and a few other people started a conga line in ren cen carrying random objects and saying absurd things that drinking Narcola could do for you. I was playing a character with Ooze Tunneling, so I acted as a sentient puddle of Narcola telling people to drink me. It was amazing.

I'd make the heal other into another power:

Narcola Spray - 40ft cone power (5 targets max) - You shake up your Narcola can and spray it at your allies! This bathes them in healing Narcola juices!

Advantage - Party Pooper - Enemies who are attacking Narcola sprayed allies or are in the way when the power is activated for allies have a 50% chance to become stunned and a 50% chance to be knocked down by the spray.

Advantage - Extra Bubbles - Adds a short charge time to Narcola Spray to increase its healing effects on allies

I want a heal where I just splash some unidentified substance onto my chest and face.

Would of been nice if there were more food/drink items from powers/devices like a supply box you can drop that heals or energizes others around you. Like a supply drop that throws out those blue, green, red orbs. That would be neat

That anniversary taco throw should have healed someone. Like throw food at someone and heal them.

I'm now imagining a power where you throw a cheeseburger into someone's open mouth.

Or, no, no! Spinach! It would be like the current draysha gas pistol, but it would be spinach!
