Make it a gigantic beam attack, like this:
Give it two phases: A charge, then a maintain. Have the charge be like 2 seconds, and have the maintain be like 6 seconds. 100 ft long beam 15' wide, does a big damage while repelling, and then does a huge knock at the end.
