Updated Captain Millennium Build

I'm liking the new Might changes overall. My Haymakers hit harder than ever, with the only downside being that I have to spend a power slot on an energy unlock now. The upside of that is I can choose Earth Form as my passive, which I like for the extra physical damage resistance and the Defiance-like level of Crushing resistance.

Devices

Fault Line is convenient for dealing with stray mobs. I really like the animation of Nuclear Shockwave, but I don't need the long range and don't like the 30 second cooldown. It's there last because I may want to swap it out for Defiance or Invulnerability from time to time. I have a full set of tanking gear, but without Challenge on any of my attacks I'd be relying on the threat generation from the gear and mods alone. Could maybe do some decent off-tanking.

Looks okay overall, considering the new changes. You may have to watch for Roomsweeper's KB on trash, but there's ways to work around it. Aggressor no longer gives Enrage stacks, and it's not going to be that great (esp at r1), but it's up to you if you want to take something else there, as the AO can still add some utility (and could add stuns w/ its adv).

Seems like all of my go-to AOs were recently either nerfed or have fewer synergies outside of their own power set. I like Aggressor’s cost discount, and the stat boosts give me a small bump to my crit severity. I’d love to rank it up but I’m not sure where I’d take the points from.
