Fiery Form's damage aura is not working

Similar to how some ranks of Pestilence's dmg aura weren't triggering in combat before (which was fixed), it seems like Fiery Form's passive damaging aura doesn't work in combat, and for all ranks.
On the topic of Fiery Form and that aura, it also seems like the damage value for Fiery Form's aura is fixed and only scales w/ rank atm, and I'm unsure if that's intended.
