Not that I necc like seeing things get nerfed, but..

Bug: Haymaker's Reckless Strike adv applies its +30% base damage at all times, instead of only when Reckless is applied to you.

(it updates the tooltip's listed dmg as well, to reflect this bonus being universal atm)

just preempting any criticism due to the power's popularity, though in reality I guess this means I can claim "I got Haymaker nerfed"* as a prestigious title, so that's fun.

well, since haymaker users often have Reckless on them, the bug seem redundant. But can't wait to see if the fix will spawn another unintended bug.
