Pistol Muni is still quite simple: this version uses Frag Grenade to debuff, TGM for single-target dps, and LT for AoE. If you don't have the Ult unlocked then you can trade it for something else. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec.

Other SS setups could work here too, like INT/Dex/Con (Int focus) also w/ Concentration, or DEX/Rec/Con (Dex focus) if using Chilled From instead of Conc.

Will this build good for cosmic as a single target DPS build?

Yea, for single-target, pistol Muni is mainly just using frag nade w/ TGM as the main attacks. If you want to squeeze out a bit more dps for cosmics, you could trade Con SS for Dex SS, and then I'd prob get R3 on the block enhancer and some maxHP mods (if you already haven't). Technically the most optimal dps w/ TGM is via its special adv, but that requires you to be in melee range, and it's up to you if you want to do that.
