It is supposed, according to the description, to be affected by Healing Bonus. I just got The Blazing last week and noticed that sidekicked to level 40 it had the same healing amount as The Mind. Hearth Passive gives a hefty healing bonus which does not affect the amount the aura heals at all.

I know because I took it off my passive slot and put it back on, no change to the amount it healed.
