How would you build Homelander from The Boys?

I watched season 1 of The Boys, and its awesome, and Homelander is basically superman, except he murders stuff with his laser eyes a lot more.
I kind of want to build a melee/eye (head?) blast build, maybe one that could dual passive.
Are there any good blast/maintain attacks that can eminate from the eyes, like maybe from energy projector or magical sets?
What melee attacks would go good with it, like aoe stuns knock downs or something.

You could use LArc and make it emanate from the head, or maybe just use a basic blast w/ head emanation. Can also do that w/ Gigabolt and TK Wave, and some energy builders. Telepathy also has stuff that naturally comes from the head.

You could make do w/ some basic Might stuff otherwise, I guess, though you may want to wait till the Might revamp hits before fully going into the build:
