So if an AT is unlocked Live, it's not unlocked on PTS?

1st time testing out in the PTS for the Wrecker AT was educational. Then decided to try copying a toon I was working on (the rocker) to see how she would look at level 40. Copied her over for the PTS to tell me I need to re-purchase the AT I have already purchased to test out my character? Really, I have to be micro-transactioned again to play a toon on the PTS? Being a silver player, this isn't giving me hopes for going gold status if I have to re-purchase everything I already purchased on the Live Server. How does this make any sense or help keep the player-base coming back to the game?

there's no way to unlock the rocker on PTS right now, this is an issue with old gold players that got their premium pack for free, they're silver players on PTS and hence, all the stuff related to gold status perks are locked, including premium ats

You can't be micro-transactioned on pts as the z store is disabled. However, the pts does not reliably have things available that are not currently being tested, and the rocker is not.
