A.P. Bio mission bug

As mentioned, I'm having trouble getting Hydrophis (boss) to spawn during this mission when teaming up with two other players. (noted below as Terrific Trio)

Conditions I've tried so far:

- Solo - Elite <-- Hydrophis Spawns as expected
- Solo - Normal / Difficult / Hard / Very Hard <-- Hydrophis Spawns as expected
- Dynamic Duo - Elite <-- Hydrophis Spawns as expected
- Dynamic Duo - Normal / Difficult / Hard / Very Hard <-- Hydrophis Spawns as expected
- Terrific Trio - Normal / Difficult / Hard <-- Hydrophis does not spawn as expected
- Terrific Trio - Elite <-- Hydrophis does not spawn as expected
- Full Team - Elite <-- Hydrophis Spawns as expected

In all instances everyone has been level 40 and at least two members of the team have had the A.P. Bio mission.

Where Hydrophis does not spawn as expected, the mobs do (and scale) and killing the mobs will complete the mission. As below:



Would appreciate it if others could run under various conditions to see if problem can be replicated (or if other things go wrong)
