Well, Ricochet Throw or Throwing Blades are nice additions, due to NW's Sneak and having a ranged opener. Bladed Cyclone is fine as an up-close AoE, provided you take the Vortex adv so it can gather up mobs. Other AoE options to consider are Shuriken Storm, Inex Tides, and/or Dragon Kick. Kinda up to you what attacks you'd like to settle on, as there's some overlap there. Could also consider Chained Kunai for a CC and extra self-heal w/ the HoT adv, if you have room. Other general options are a threat wipe that can also put you in stealth (like Smoke Bomb itself), an AO, a 2nd AD, or a self-res. One example (of many good possibilities):

    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (2/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

BCR/RR is a good self-heal, esp when paired w/ MD, but if you don't want the 10% dmg penalty then you can go back to R3 Conviction (and maybe R2 Resurgence). VFangs can be a basic melee cleave and puts up Shredded, while charged DC is the main single-target attack. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec (and some cost discount on gear, and skip gearing for severity rating when you pick up Dex Mastery).
