Where to find a specific costume skin

I saw a costume piece, a hands one that kinda looked like a scaly claw. Does anyone know how to unlock it? At first I thought it was the Raptor claw skin, but the number of fingers don't match up. If anyone knows, thanks in advance.

    Those are talons and they are drops form either Snake Gulch or Nighthawk.

    I have checked, but I couldn't find the item on the Auction House. Does anyone know the name of the item so that I can find it?

    Talons.

    They would be a yellow common drop.

    Talos drop in the Nightmare Invasion, or can be obtained in the event store. Can't remember where.
