Unable to fuse Swift Wings 3

As the title implies. With 5+ lvl 3 Swift Wings mod in the Item Fusion GUI the fuse button stays grated out. Furthermore there is red text saying "This item can not be fused".

This is contradicted by the pop-up text for the mod itself, which happily instructs the user to ctrl right click to fuse the mods.

    Happy to note this was swiftly resolved in the 2019-06-27 patch, despite no mention in the patch notes.
