Define possible? There are certainly might powers that don't do knockback. They're just all not as good as Haymaker against bosses.

You can.. as there are still plenty of Might powers that don't necc KB (some conditionally, like Havoc Stomp doesn't KB if you don't charge it most of the way), but I'd prob still keep Haymaker for bosses cause most of them can't be knocked anyways (unless you are sick of using Haymaker, which I could understand). Hell, in most Might builds I include Demolish, which can sub for Haymaker if you don't want its KB anyways, so it doesn't even really have to be any diff than a normal Might build (again, unless you just want to try diff attacks in Might for once). An example that keeps Haymaker:

Shockwave, Hyper Voice, and Havoc Stomp could also be used as AoE instead of vortex Cyclone (w/ some power re-ordering). Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Rec.

Also it depends what you mean by "might tank". If you mean the theme rather than the power set, then you could sub in BCF or Dragon's Claws using imaginary weapons.

If you mean the powerset, then do what flow posted above, but replace that useless self rez with Uppercut, then spam that 3 times before you Haymaker anything so you'll never knock it back.
  • I play a Might character, and commonly use Demolish (or Defensive Combo) as a substitute for Haymaker against targets not immune to knocks.

Oh, I missed the 'tank' part in the title. My bad, but you can do some tweaks to make mine a tank build pretty easily. For example:

Level 12: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

Level 18: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Clobber
Level 1: Iron Cyclone (Rank 2, Vortex Technique, Challenge!)
    Level 6: Defiance
    Level 8: Enrage (Endorphin Rush)
Level 11: Mighty Leap (Nailed to the Ground)
    Level 14: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 17: Demolish (Rank 2, Below the Belt, Challenge!)
    Level 20: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Haymaker (Rank 2, Rank 3, Challenge!)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Retaliation (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 32: Masterful Dodge
    Level 35: Imbue
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 29/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (3/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)

    Protector: Bulwark (2/2)
    Protector: Defensive Expertise (3/3)
    Protector: Resolute (1/3)
    Mastery: Protector Mastery (1/1)

Gear more for Con, in this case. Last power can be w/e ya want.

And yea, Uppercut is also a fine alternative for Might builds that doesn't KB.
