A Hulk build

If someone could help me make a build that is most similar to the hulk would be very appreciated.

Try the Behemoth AT, that's a good start.

Behemoth is fine for an AT and could ofc fit the Hulk, though its meant to be a proper tank in-game. I'm not sure what role the OP wants to play, but they may want an FF build if they want something w/ more options at play.

there is a couple of hulk builds already out there. Like Big Pipes, is my hulk character, I just don't know how to add the page here.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'add the page here'. You can always just recreate the build in the HeroCreator and cut & paste the Export text here.
