If being purist about the theme isn't as important, then you could go out-of-set and consider some of the ranged Crushing debuffs, like from Muni's fire and frag grenades (w/ advs), or Muni's Burst Shot, and/or via PA's Chest Beam. Night Warrior is a good dps passive here, since the build uses many charged attacks, though Earth Form can also work fine for the theme (neither will give extra energy on knock, which is partly why I took Unstoppable here, even if its dmg bonus to ranged won't be as much). The last few powers can be w/e you want.
Alternates between Stone Shot and Cave In for single targets, w/ Hurl to roll MSA. Tremor can be the main AoE (still using Hurl to help w/ MSA). Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex (some Rec can also help when leveling). EGO/Int/Con (still w/ an Int focus, and with 3/3 in 6th Sense) could also work here.
Overall, ranged Earth isn't too strong for dps atm (better w/ out-of-set debuffs), though it has decent AoE and CC potential, and enough damage potential to get by.

Thanks I think feels wise NW feels the best too. However, im gonna run with AoP for now - the damage is actually pretty similar, but stat wise it just feels great - infinite mana and huge HP for leveling; 6.7k in alerts x_x

I assume you meant AoPM? If you wanna level with that, then that's fine. The all stat boost can help w/ energy a good bit till you get higher level gear.
