Hi, I need some help with a build. I'm wondering if it's possible to make an effective leveling up build
using both light/energy and sound/sonic. The character can manipulate both light and sound. Any help is appreciated!

There's diff ways to translate such a concept in CO. I guess you could make a Hyper Voice build, unless you wanted to use Sonic Weapons like Sonic Boom Generator. Example of a HV build using some Celestial:

The build uses HV as its main attack, w/ Rebuke giving you a long-range attack, non-cd ally and self-heal option, and a cheap single-target attack. Expulse was added in for the theme, but you can use it for a healing rune, and to get melee enemies off of you- if you want. By max level, you can use Avenger Mastery procs from channeling HV on faster charges of Rebuke for a bit of burst dmg. The dps won't be great overall, but its still workable for a leveling build.

Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex. When leveling, you may consider subbing Dex SS for End SS to help w/ energy a bit, but by max lvl you hopefully have decent Dex/crit to help proc Avenger Mastery often, and prob won't need End SS'd to be fine w/ energy then.

Nice- yea that's a pretty good visual rep of something like HV + Sonic Device in CO, considering the ring visual on HV.
