New Support Passive Ideas for Frameworks

I'm a huge advocate for playing the Support role within this game, because so far there isn't many Frameworks or Archetypes that cater to this play style. Its severely lacking in comparison to that other classes for example: (Ranged, Tank, Melee, Hybrid), to name a few. Usually in part because many powersets lack Support passives which i believe will dramatically increase the effectiveness of Archetypes and builds without the need of players continuously having to go outside to other powersets.
Powers Needing Support Passives:
Telepathy- Needs a Support passive that maximizes Healing, Crowd Control conditions and Mental States.
Electricity- Needs a Support passive that helps to synchronize its healing powers with its damage similar to that of how Hearth is set up within the fire set.
Force- Its in desperate need of a Support passive that boosts healing, shield strength, and Crushing damage with an innate shielding ability similar to Personal Force Field but with more advantages that synchronizes its self with the powers within its framework.
