As title say everything. We could not get Incendiary Round Mark.3 from any vendors or Zen/questionite store.

Iirc, currently, IR3 is only slightly more damaging than IR2. However, if that is incorrect, the only way the Devs would return IR3 is to nerf it and, of course, nerf IR2. Careful what you ask for.​​
