Invisible surf board

Simple I think we should be able to hide the board on the surf travel power for those water elemental themed characters.

    Iirc, you can surf on a guitar and a sword, so it sounds like Foxbat needs to have an invisible surfing unlock, to go along with his other invisible unlocks.​​

    That would be a perfect way to implement it.
