Launcher crashes when I click "play"

I've been trying for four hours now to get CO to load, but every time I click on the Play button in the launcher I get a Cryptic message stating it crashed. I've verified files, restarted the computer, and nothing is working. Why does every Thursday patch break the game?

Still can't load the game.

8 hours later, no change and no response. Sigh.

This is still happening and nothing i'm doing is working. There's not even a previous version to load to attempt to fix whatever the patch broke.
