Does the usual rotation of building to 5x bleed then Rupturing w/ REmbrace. Kunai's Open Wound can help RCaress in building bleed. Scything can be your main AoE (can take the Heavy Blade adv if you want some AoE CC, though it'll cost you a rank). Has some decent defense options w/ BCR/RR + MD, R3 block, and Kunai's HoT adv. Gears mostly for Dex and some. Growth mods can also give you some more maxHP to work with.
Never rank up bcr, it really is not worth it. Never take talents with end, you won't need higher energy, since rec is your secondary ss. Never take warden mastery, take dexterity mastery instead. Never take no mercy over rank 3 reaper's embrace, unless you want to have low damage output. Flanking.. does not really work, because mobs always position themselves to face the attacker. Cut down + delayed attack is useless, thunderbolt lunge + essence assault can interrupt an attacker. Last but not least.. NEVER rank up your block, you are not a tank and the power points are better spent elsewhere.
Greetings, your best Blade AT next door. (i am FF now, though.)
Ranking BCR doesn't take much, since ATs can be more cavalier w/ their adv points (FFs have more powers, and usually less wasted slots). Also, speaking of 'low damage output', the special adv on Deflect lowers your base dmg. If you're going to higher end content, then you definitely want to rank your block (esp on a Con-less AT). I took Cut Down cause it was more thematic, but if you want Thunderbolt then go ahead- you have other options to CC with, either way. Also, I'd only skip Flanking if you were just playing solo. In groups you'll have tanking allies and Flanking is a very strong dps option then (the arc is a wide ~180 degree behind, so its pretty forgiving).
And yea, Warden Mastery is fine for SB. The playstyle is very combo-heavy. I wouldn't rank the weak energy builder, nor leave the basic combo at R1 dmg (AMetab advs aren't that strong). Also, its generally a waste to rank up toggles/forms, since they are relatively easy to stack to max anyways, though I would fully rank Scything (its an easy pbAoE to grind with). Lastly, the Unfettered adv on MD is pretty weak since the boost isn't much, and MD has short uptime anyways.
