Arcane Construct powers?

I was interested in knowing if all the powers used by the Arcane Construct are avileable for freeforms
Specially that"Eye beam" wich doesnt look like th PA one.

You'd prob have to settle w/ PA's Eye Beams. Wouldn't be a great build if it used Eye Beams and not other PA toggles, and had to mix that w/ melee and/or Force Eruption. You could make a committed ranged dps build w/ PA's beam attacks and it can have strong dps, though.
