Puts up Shredded w/ Blade Tempest, and then spams DW for single-target dps. EotS can be used to AoE (cancel and re-cast the channel early for more dps) and/or to turtle up (maintain the channel fully if you want the dmg shield ramp up). Geyser can help CC and can ground flying enemies. Gears mostly for Dex here. You can also get some Growth mods to boost your maxHP a bit.
