Requesting help with a build refresh - ICE - DPS

Hi,

I have recently gotten back in the game with a LTS sub. I noticed that some of the frameworks have been tinkered with and a number of my end game builds were not preforming well.

First case in point was my ICE DPS. Her offensive passive was built on Quarry, and now appears to be unable to do a lot of endgame bosses and events. As a general question, have new offensive passives become superior or has Quarry been cut down in effectiveness in comparison to newer passives? I ask because I have a number of offensive DPS built around Quarry and they seem pull too much agro and fall way too easy.

Anyway, here is the original build based around Wind and Ice, though I would like to build her more in line with ice primarily now if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Quarry was nerfed a bit, and a few other passives got buffed. It can still be okay for Int-based builds, but I'd generally use a different dps passive now.

Puts up Chill and Hard Frost w/ Ice Blast, then spams Ice Spear while using Ice Blast to refresh debuffs. Rimefire can be used as a burst dps cd. Kept Hurricane and Typhoon in there for AoE (up-close and long-range). Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End.
