Change the 'We Are the Champions' perk requirements

I would suggest that the 'We Are the Champions' perk be changed so that anyone can get it- specifically, the part where it asks us to Launch Ironclad, which can only be done if you do the tutorial.

I would suggest that that be replaced with Launch/Speak to Ironclad, allowing for players to skip the tutorial to eventually get that perk once they reach Monster Island, which I believe to be the first time we get to interact with Ironclad outside the mission maybe?

Or you can do the tutorial? There's at least one other perk you cannot get anywhere else.

there are at least 3 perks that can only be gotten in the tutorial...one of which is part of several others (Save the City) which is why i've been yelling for them to make the tutorial replayable​​

Not everyone can get every perk.
That's the way it goes in this, and nearly all games with such things.

Maybe there should be a perk (call it 'Been There/Done That') for skipping the tutorial ... then you have to choose!!! <insert evil laugh>
