Need Help On a Hacker/Munitions Build

I not really sure where to start, so I'll take some suggestions and by hacker i mean maybe some powers from the gadgeteering and laser sword archetypes,(no actual sword powers though)

Not really sure if i should go Tank or Dps build here too,
so suggestions are welcomed

@flowcyto Thanks for the help, and yes I wanted main attack to be dual pistol, this looks good, one question is this built for tank or dps

That is more of a dps build. For a tank build, you'd generally want more defensive powers and specs, a defensive passive, Challenge advs, to be gearing more for Con, and to be using the Tank or Hybrid role.
