Hey I would like this build to have some single sword elements to it with some other ninja aspects on it I'm sorry if I'm asking for something that's impossible.

Throwing Blades can be used as an opener AoE from NW's stealth (Sneak), while Shuriken Storm is a wide pbAoE that can also boost your dodge. For single-targets, it does the usual SB thing of building to 5x bleed and then rupturing. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and End.

Can I switch form of the tempest for form of the swordsman and boomerang toss for the single blade energy builder??

FotS can work too, though you won't proc it when using Shuriken Storm. The energy builder doesn't really matter in the long run (save for unlocking powers early), so take w/e ya want there.

Where is Throwing Blades in the powers? I don't seem to be able to find it although I remember seeing it. Is it like Shuriken Throw?

right before work and I got to get going otherwise I'd look into it more.

Its in Gadgeteering, along with Ricochet Throw.
