I think I have a pretty good idea of one it may include regen as a passive and single blade fighting and some vampire aspects but I need a little more help

Vampire? Hm, I guess that can include DE, but mainly for an extra self-healing option (unless you want to use Bite, though Reaper's Embrace is still the better rupture attack for dps).
