Depending on what your attack rotation will be, there's many diff ways to tackle Laser Sword. Here's a diff route using End PSS, Brawler's Setup, and Lumi Slash's special adv to take adv of having high energy reserves (ofc requires good stats, though adding something like Circle of Arcane Power in Sorcery can greatly ease energy requirements, if you want to stomach using that):

Tried to keep most of it in LS's set (though you could take another slotted passive, if you really want, Unstoppable can be nice w/ Lightwave Slash's knock). Basic single-target dps sequence is to lunge in w/ Lightspeed Dash (this also puts up Download), use one combo of Lightspeed Strike followed by one charged Lumi Slash, and then hit Particle Smash (to put up Disintegrate). After that opener sequence, the main rotation is to just alternate between Lightspeed Strike and Lumi Slash, and occasionally hit Lightwave Slash to refresh Disintegrate (can use PSmash again if Disintegrate ever falls off for w/e reason).
AoE dps can just be lunging in and charging Lightwave Slash (the refresh adv also allows it to refresh your toggle and EU, and even w/o debuffs up on the targets), and maybe throwing in Particle Smash for some extra dmg and other effects. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some End (for more maxHP, but less crit, you can trade Dex SS for Con SS- though Hardened in End PSS is nice either way).
