Bullet Ballet build, pretty much? Yea, its fine:

    Brawler: Ruthless (2/2)
    Brawler: Flanking (3/3)
    Brawler: Offensive Expertise (2/2)
    Mastery: Warden Mastery (1/1)

This build uses taps of Burst Shot to put up Furious on you and Armor Piercing on your target, and those help optimize Bullet Ballet's dps. Bullet Ballet is the main attack and can AoE when up-close as well, though I added Lead Tempest for thematic wider AoE if you encounter more scattered groups. Execution Shot can be used as a finisher, or replaced w/ something like Holdout Shot for its self-heal adv, depending on what else you want to add. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.

Can I switch thunderbolt lunge for strike down??

Sure, take w/e basic lunge ya want.

(also, you may want to start using the forum's native quote feature instead; the forums use BBCode, though the easiest way is to just hit the Quote option on the bottom-right of a post)
